Tersh is an HVAC and plumbing contractor turned automation nerd. He still runs his own service company in the Savannah, GA area and has spent years figuring out how to make small businesses run smoother without throwing more bodies at the problem. His philosophy is simple: Optimize first, automate second, delegate third.
